On multiple occasions, we've received deliveries with inconsistent temperature logs, and when we've tried to address these discrepancies with the team, we've been met with vague explanations and a lack of concrete actions to rectify the situation. Furthermore, their customer service, while friendly, seems to lack the technical expertise to adequately address our concerns. As someone who's worked in logistics for years, I expect a higher level of transparency and accountability, especially when it comes to something as critical as temperature control. Until they can demonstrate significant improvements in this area, I would caution others in the pharmaceutical industry to carefully consider their options.
