I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my recent experience with Argus Carriers Ltd was, honestly, a mess. We've been using them for our business's dry freight transportation needs in the Fraser Valley for a while now, but this last shipment was a disaster. The pickup was supposed to be same-day, but it took them until the next morning to even show up. And when they did, the driver seemed completely unaware of the urgency of the shipment. I mean, I get that mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and follow-through was staggering. Our shipment was supposed to be delivered by end of day, but it didn't arrive until two days later. And when it did, one of the crates was damaged. Now, I know Argus Carriers has a reputation for trustworthy service and high safety standards, but our experience says otherwise. Maybe they're just too big now and have lost sight of what matters - the customer. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after this fiasco, I'm not sure we'll be using them again. The dispatcher we dealt with seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in our concerns. For a company that claims to prioritize safety and professionalism, it was disappointing to see such a lack of care. I hope they take our feedback seriously and make some changes, because right now, I wouldn't recommend Argus Carriers to anyone.
