I'm still fuming after my experience with Lucky taxi Domažlice. Called them on that toll-free line, 800 777 077, and the person who answered seemed completely disinterested. Didn't even bother to ask how I was doing, just bluntly asked where I needed to go. I booked a ride from the city center to the outskirts, which should've taken about 15 minutes, but we got stuck in traffic and the driver didn't seem to know an alternative route. The car was clean, I'll give them that, but it wasn't the spacious Škody Superb I was expecting. It was an older model, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. What really got me, though, was when I asked the driver to turn down the music, he just shrugged and said it was his favorite station. I was looking forward to a pleasant, quiet ride, especially since I'd read about their emphasis on customer comfort. Clearly, that's just something they claim, not something they actually deliver. The invoice they provided for my company was also incomplete, missing essential details like the date and service number. Needless to say, I won't be using Lucky taxi Domažlice again. Their 'customer like family' approach seems to be more of a slogan than a genuine practice. Very disappointing, especially considering I've heard good things about them in the past.
