Underwhelming Experience with Overpriced Flashbox Booths
I was really looking forward to having Flashbox Booths at my wedding reception, but unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. The photobooth itself was nice, but the automated system was finicky and required constant attention from Tim or Holly, which defeated the purpose of it being 'fully automated.' The white 8ftx8ft background, while sleek, showed every single wrinkle and crease, making our photos look less than professional. For the price, I expected a much more polished product. The Flashbox Printing package, which we opted for, was supposed to include unlimited printing, but the printer jammed repeatedly, and we ended up with only a fraction of the photos we were promised. The digital copies were uploaded quickly, but the flashdrive with all the images took weeks to arrive, and when it did, several of the photos were corrupted. Given the personalized service promise, I was surprised by how little effort was put into ensuring our event was special. It felt like just another gig for them. With so many other photobooth options available, I wouldn't recommend Flashbox Booths to anyone looking for a hassle-free, high-quality experience. Maybe they've gotten too comfortable with their 'leading provider' status, but for us, it was an overpriced disappointment.
