Vibin' Low at The High Frequency Loft
I'm all about good energy, but my experience at The High Frequency Loft was, unfortunately, a major letdown. As someone who's super into mindful movement and holistic wellness, I was stoked to try out their AcroYoga class. However, the instructor seemed kinda disconnected, and the class felt more like a choreographed routine than a genuine, spiritual experience. The loft's mission to help individuals shift their frequency and focus on mind, body, and spirit is really beautiful, but it didn't quite translate to the classes I attended. I also checked out their Meditation and Sufi Teachings sessions, hoping to find some inner peace, but the facilitators came across as somewhat unprepared, and the discussions felt forced. Maybe I just caught them on an off day, but the whole vibe felt kinda... off. The space itself is gorgeous, though – I loved the natural light and the eclectic decor. Still, if you're looking for a truly transformative experience, you might want to keep looking. That being said, I do appreciate their commitment to making their services accessible to everyone, especially the class discounts for individuals 60 and over. It's a great step towards creating a more inclusive community.
