Disappointing Experience, Overhyped Food
I was really looking forward to trying UCS, given all the hype about their diverse menu and convenient delivery options. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown from start to finish. I ordered the chicken gyro, which sounded promising, but what arrived was a lukewarm, dry pita filled with what tasted like frozen chicken strips. The 'fresh' salad I added on the side was wilted and lacking in flavor. For a company that claims to focus on quality and freshness, I expected a lot more. The delivery itself was also slower than anticipated, taking over an hour to arrive despite their estimated 30-45 minute wait time. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend UCS to anyone looking for a truly satisfying meal. With so many other food delivery services out there that actually deliver on their promises, it's hard to see why anyone would choose UCS over the competition.
