Underwhelming Experience with Forklift Exchange
As a long-time customer in the material handling industry, I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent interaction with Forklift Exchange. The sales team seemed more interested in pushing their new Yard Boss T-Series than actually listening to my specific needs for a high-capacity extendable forklift. The refurbishment process, which they pride themselves on, took significantly longer than anticipated, and when the equipment was finally delivered, it was not restored to the 'peak performance' they advertised. In fact, we experienced several mechanical issues within the first few weeks of operation. The marina service department, despite being staffed with 'highly trained technicians,' failed to address these problems efficiently, leaving our operations at a standstill for an unacceptable amount of time. Furthermore, the rental department's offerings, while extensive, did not provide the flexibility we needed for our project's unique requirements. With such a vast inventory and OEM partnerships across the globe, I expected a more tailored approach to customer needs. Unfortunately, Forklift Exchange's mission to provide 'high-quality equipment and top-tier refurbishments' fell short in my experience. Unless they revamp their customer service and equipment delivery standards, I would caution others against relying solely on them for their material-handling solutions.
