He also served as the Regional Director for surgery centers in Little Rock, AR, Memphis, TN, and Billings, MT. Currently, Dr. Wickham sits on the Board of Directors at Vision Service Plan (VSP), the largest eyecare insurance company in the world, insuring one in four Americans, 30,000 eye doctors, and 90 million people in North America. Dr. Wickham's commitment to excellence in eyecare is evident in his impressive educational background, having received his doctorate and graduated with honors from the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry in 1993. He also holds degrees from Missouri State University and an Advanced Graduate School Certificate from Creighton University-Werner School of Law. As a trusted eyecare professional, Dr. Wickham has served as a Trustee for the St. Louis area for the Missouri Optometric Association for several years.
