Sagittarius Season Did Me Dirty at FedEx
I'm still fuming after my experience at the FedEx Ship Center in Dunedin. As a small business owner, I rely on efficient shipping to keep my customers happy, but FedEx dropped the ball. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the lines were ridiculously long - I waited for 25 minutes just to be told they couldn't help me with my shipment because it was 'too close to closing time.' The woman assisting me (I think her name tag said 'Karen'?) was nice but clearly stressed, and the whole atmosphere felt chaotic. To make matters worse, when I asked about the complimentary packaging, they told me it wasn't available for my type of shipment, which felt like a bait-and-switch. The Saturday hours are convenient, I'll give them that, but if they can't handle the volume, maybe they should reconsider. For a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction, I was thoroughly unimpressed. Maybe it was just a bad day, but I'm taking my business (and my packages) elsewhere. 2/10, would not recommend - at least not on a Saturday.
