Not Impressed with Woodhouse Mazda's Service
I recently visited Woodhouse Mazda in Bellevue, Nebraska, and unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. As a long-time Mazda enthusiast, I was excited to explore their selection of new and used vehicles. However, the sales team seemed more interested in making a sale than understanding my needs. When I asked about the features of the Mazda CX-5, the representative seemed unsure and had to check the specifications online. I was also disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding the pricing and financing options. The dealership's website promised competitive pricing, but the final quote I received was higher than expected. To make matters worse, the service department seemed disorganized, and it took them several days to get back to me with a quote for a routine maintenance check. As someone who values honesty and clear communication, I was disappointed with the overall experience at Woodhouse Mazda. While they may have a wide range of vehicles and a convenient location, their commitment to customer satisfaction seems to be lacking. Unless they improve their sales and service processes, I would not recommend Woodhouse Mazda to friends and family.
