The staff, while friendly, seemed somewhat dismissive of my concerns about the puppies' well-being and socialization. I was also disappointed to discover that the company's health warranties and veterinary care, while comprehensive on paper, were not as transparent as I had hoped. When I asked to see the puppies' health records, I was met with resistance and told that this information was 'not necessary' for me to know.
