I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Mahwan Creations. As someone who's always on the lookout for unique, handmade items, I was initially excited to stumble upon their website. However, what seemed like an incredible deal at first glance turned out to be a letdown. The 70% off sale sounded amazing, but the prices were already inflated to begin with, so it didn't feel like I was getting the bargain I thought I was. I pre-ordered a couple of items, including the Tangerine Tango Scrunchies and the Mystic Knot Cascade, expecting them to be of high quality given the descriptions. Unfortunately, when they arrived, I was underwhelmed by the cheap materials and lackluster craftsmanship. The scrunchies were flimsy and the cascade looked nothing like the pictures. The free gift I received, a jewellery box, was also of poor quality and felt like an afterthought. While I appreciate the company's mission to support a good cause, the execution fell short for me. The customer service was slow to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, it felt like they were reading from a script. For a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction, I expected more.
