Utter Disappointment with iBeat's 100Plus Platform

I'm still trying to understand how a company that claims to be at the forefront of healthcare technology can be so utterly disconnected from the needs of its users. As a healthcare provider, I was excited to integrate iBeat's 100Plus platform into my practice, hoping it would streamline my workflow and improve patient outcomes. What I got was a clunky, overly complicated system that seemed to create more problems than it solved. The AI-powered features, which were supposed to be the platform's crowning achievement, were woefully inadequate, often failing to accurately identify high-risk patients or provide actionable insights. The user interface, far from being 'user-friendly,' was a maze of confusing menus and poorly designed dashboards. And don't even get me started on the 'automated features,' which seemed to do nothing but generate unnecessary reminders and notifications that only added to the chaos. Despite the company's lofty claims about 'revolutionizing' healthcare, my experience with 100Plus has been a resounding disappointment. With so many other, more effective solutions on the market, I would not recommend iBeat's platform to my worst enemy. One star, and that's being generous.
