Overpromised and Underdelivered: A Disappointing Experience
I'm not one to typically write reviews, but my experience with Roussel Outdoors was such a letdown that I felt compelled to share my story. As someone who's passionate about outdoor spaces, I was excited to work with a company that promised to 'transform outdoor spaces into breathtaking realities.' Unfortunately, the reality was far from breathtaking. From the initial consultation to the final construction, the process was marred by delays, miscommunication, and a general lack of attention to detail. The team seemed overwhelmed, and our project was clearly not a priority. Despite the company's claims of 'meticulously planned and executed' projects, our outdoor space ended up looking like a half-finished DIY project. The $2,000 minimum job requirement seemed like a joke considering the subpar work we received. To add insult to injury, the lead time of 2-4 weeks turned into 6 weeks, and we were left with a space that was neither functional nor beautiful. Needless to say, I would not recommend Roussel Outdoors to anyone. The company's focus on 'delivering exceptional results' clearly doesn't extend to their customers. Save your time and money, and look elsewhere for a company that actually cares about its clients.
