Not Worth the Headache: OneStop Pro Falls Short
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from OneStop Pro. As a homeowner in Wheaton, I expected more from a local, family-owned business, especially one with such a great reputation. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown from start to finish. The technician who came to my house was friendly, but seemed unsure of how to fix my HVAC issue. After multiple visits and a bunch of unnecessary parts replacements, the problem still wasn't resolved. The communication was also poor - I had to call multiple times to get updates on my service request, and even then, the answers were vague. For a company that claims to put the customer first, I felt like I was just another number. The final bill was also way higher than I expected, with some questionable charges that I'm still trying to get clarified. Given the awards and recognition OneStop Pro has received, I expected a lot more. Sadly, I'd caution others to think twice before calling them for their home services needs. OneStop Pro, you need to step up your game if you want to keep that 5-star reputation.
