Underwhelming Experience with Overpromising Fitness Program
I was really excited to try 20 Minutes to Fitness, given their claims of achieving the same health benefits as three hours of traditional gym time in just one 20-minute session per week. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown from the start. The initial health evaluation and orientation felt rushed, and the trainer seemed more interested in signing me up for a package deal than actually understanding my fitness goals. The workout itself was...fine, I guess. It wasn't particularly challenging, and I didn't feel like I was getting the kind of personalized attention I'd expected. The 'fine-tuned' program they touted didn't seem to take into account my specific needs or limitations.
