I'm writing this review as a warning to others who might be considering Rutten Natuurlijk for their pest control needs. While their approach to biological and sustainable pest management sounds appealing, our experience was nothing short of disappointing. We initially opted for their services due to their emphasis on creating a natural habitat for pests' natural enemies, which seemed like a more environmentally friendly approach compared to traditional poisoning methods. However, the execution fell far short of our expectations. The nesting boxes and insect hotels they installed seemed more like decorative pieces than functional solutions, and the 'attractive garden planting' they suggested was not only ineffective but also overpriced. What was more concerning was their lack of transparency regarding the costs and the ineffectiveness of their methods in addressing our pest problem. Despite their claims of professionalism and step-by-step plans according to IPM, the visits from Rutten Natuurlijk felt disorganized, and it seemed like they were making it up as they went along. The periodic checks they promised were sporadic at best, and when we did manage to get in touch, their advice felt generic and not tailored to our specific situation. For a company that prides itself on being certified and committed to responsible pest control, the lack of follow-through and genuine concern for customer satisfaction was staggering. Perhaps most frustrating was their insistence on their IPM certification as a badge of honor, yet failing to demonstrate the competence and reliability such a certification would imply. In hindsight, the promises of biological balance and sustainable solutions seemed more like marketing gimmicks than genuine commitments. Unless Rutten Natuurlijk significantly revamps their service delivery and focuses on customer needs rather than just their sales pitch, I would caution against investing time and money into their promises of natural pest control.
