The initial communication was promising, with their team showcasing enthusiasm and expertise. Unfortunately, the samples they provided were inconsistent in quality, with noticeable variations in conductivity and adhesion. When I raised these concerns, the response was slow and less than satisfactory, with a sense of detachment from the issues I was facing.
