As Director of Mission and Advancement, Fabio connects churches regionally, nationally, and globally, and has also developed the 'Liderazgo en el Siguiente Nivel' coaching program as part of the Hispanic Leadership Network, funded by Lilly Endowment. Through his work, Fabio Sosa aims to motivate and develop initiatives for growth in collaboration with leaders from the Heartland Synod and the National Association of Hispanic Pastors (Nahpa), a coalition representing areas where faith and community need more presence.
