I'm writing this review as a warning to others who, like me, were lured in by UAX Desarrollos' glossy brochures and promises of 'unique and exclusive living spaces.' My experience with their Makalú project in Juriquilla, Querétaro, has been nothing short of disappointing. The sales team was overly aggressive, pushing me to make a decision quickly without providing all the necessary information. Once I had committed, the communication became sporadic and unhelpful. The project has been plagued by delays, and the final product does not match the luxury standards they advertised. The materials used are subpar, and the attention to detail is lacking. For a company that prides itself on 'cutting-edge design' and 'meticulous attention to detail,' I expected much more. The truth is, UAX Desarrollos seems more concerned with making a sale than with delivering on their promises. As an investor, I feel betrayed by their lack of transparency and follow-through.
