Disappointment in Every Brick and Stone
I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my experience with Hardscape Creations FL was a letdown from start to finish. We hired them to redesign our patio and install a new pool deck, excited by their portfolio and promises of 'top-quality services.' What we got was a team that seemed disorganized, with constant miscommunications and delays. The project manager would promise one thing, and then the workers would show up and do something completely different. It was like they weren't even on the same page. The craftsmanship, while decent at first glance, started to show its flaws as soon as the weather changed. The stones began to shift, and the pool deck developed cracks. It was clear that they had cut corners somewhere. When we tried to address these issues, the response was slow and unhelpful. For a company that claims to value 'customer satisfaction' and 'quality craftsmanship,' it seemed like they were more interested in getting the job done quickly rather than getting it done right. The final product looks nothing like the beautiful design they presented us with initially. It's just... adequate. And for the price we paid, adequate isn't good enough. Unless they seriously revamp their customer service and quality control, I'd advise anyone looking for reliable hardscape services to look elsewhere. One star from me, and that's being generous.
