Their website looks sleek, and the product descriptions sound amazing, but the reality is far from it. I ordered the Colorblock Layered 2 Piece Sling Top, expecting a statement piece, but what I got was a cheaply made, ill-fitting mess. The material felt like something from a fast fashion store, not the 'high-quality' they claim to offer. The sizing was off, and the color wasn't even close to what I saw online. To make matters worse, the customer service team seemed completely uninterested in my issues, taking ages to respond and offering a generic 'sorry to hear that' without any real solution. For a company that prides itself on individuality and personal style, Rarely Alike fails to deliver on the basics. Unless they seriously revamp their quality control and customer service, I'd advise others to steer clear. One star from me, and that's being generous.
