I've been with Jeff Roby Insurance for a few years now, and I have to say, my experience has been a rollercoaster of disappointment. Initially, I was drawn in by their promise of 'unbeatable prices' and 'exceptional customer service,' but what I got was a watered-down version of both. My auto insurance premiums seem to increase every six months without any rational explanation, and when I try to inquire about it, I'm met with a mixture of jargon and indifference. The 'knowledgeable staff' they boast about seems more like a myth than reality, as every time I've had to deal with a claim or a policy adjustment, it's been a struggle to get clear, concise information. What's even more frustrating is the lack of transparency in their pricing. I've done my research and found that similar policies from other providers are significantly cheaper, which makes me question the 'Price' part of their core values.
