Bought Wrong Part Twice Thanks to Confusing Website
I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with NM-Mobile has been a disaster. I needed a replacement part for my Bosch washing machine, and their website seemed user-friendly at first. However, after browsing through countless pages, I ended up buying the wrong part not once, but twice. The product descriptions were vague, and the images didn't match the actual product. I tried to contact their customer support, but the response was slow and unhelpful. They just kept sending me generic emails with links to their FAQ page. I'm extremely disappointed in the service, especially since I was expecting a German company to have higher standards.
