I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Záhradníctvo HEDERA PROFI-GARDEN. As a long-time customer, I expected more from a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by unfulfilled promises, subpar workmanship, and a general lack of attention to detail. The garden lighting they installed was supposed to be 'state-of-the-art,' but it's been malfunctioning since day one. The design and renovation of my garden, which they touted as their specialty, looked nothing like the beautiful renderings they presented. It's clear that they were more interested in securing the contract than in delivering quality work. To make matters worse, their year-round care package has been inconsistent, with some weeks seeing no maintenance at all. For a company that prides itself on being family-owned and customer-centric, I expected a more personalized and reliable service. Instead, I felt like just another number on their client list. Unless they seriously revamp their operations and focus on delivering what they promise, I would not recommend Záhradníctvo HEDERA PROFI-GARDEN to anyone.
