Tina Disappointed

I stopped by Williams Chicken yesterday with my kids, and honestly, it was a major letdown. We had heard about their community initiatives and were excited to support a place that gives back, but the food and service were subpar. My chicken tenders were pink in the middle, and when I brought it to the attention of the staff, they seemed put off and just offered to replace it without apologizing. The 'welcoming environment' they claim to have didn't feel welcoming at all; it was noisy, and the decor felt like an afterthought. Maybe they're too busy with their 'Williams Chicken Soars' initiative to focus on the actual customer experience. For a place that prides itself on community support and employee empowerment, the staff seemed disconnected and unenthusiastic. I appreciate the mission, but if you can't get the basics right, all the goodwill in the world won't bring me back. Unfortunately, Williams Chicken didn't live up to its promise for us.
