I'm not one to typically write reviews, but my experience at Willamette Dental Group in Nampa, Idaho, was underwhelming, to say the least. The moment I walked in, I felt like I was just another statistic rather than an actual patient. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the waiting area, though clean, had an eerie silence that made me uncomfortable. My appointment was scheduled for a routine check-up, but it felt rushed. The dentist, while friendly, seemed more interested in getting through the appointment than actually listening to my concerns. The technology they touted on their website, such as the mapping locator, seemed more like a marketing gimmick than an actual tool to enhance patient experience. What really got me, though, was the follow-up. Or rather, the lack thereof. After my visit, I received a generic email thanking me for my visit, but there was no personal touch, no follow-up on how I was feeling post-appointment. It felt like they had already moved on to the next patient, forgetting that dental care is not just about fixing teeth, but about people. For a group that claims to focus on high-quality care and making dental visits comfortable, my visit felt like a stark contrast to those promises. Unless they revamp their approach to actually care for their patients beyond the procedure, I would caution against choosing Willamette Dental Group for your dental needs.
