June 10, 2025Disappointing Experience with V.I.P. - Not Worth the Hype
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from V.I.P. I thought I was getting a reliable and trustworthy company to take care of my home cleaning, but boy was I wrong. The cleaner they sent over was friendly, I'll give them that, but the quality of work was subpar. They missed spots, didn't dust properly, and left my kitchen a mess. I specifically asked for a deep clean, but it felt like they just did a quick once-over. The worst part is that they charged me an arm and a leg for it. I could've gotten better service from a local cleaner at half the price. The scheduling process was also a nightmare - they kept rescheduling and changing the time, which made it hard for me to plan my day. I've tried to give them feedback, but they just seem to brush it off. For a company that's been around for 40 years, I expected a lot more. Sadly, I won't be using V.I.P. again and would not recommend them to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere for a reliable cleaning service.
