This year, the fellowship committee, led by chairs Sean Roach, Grant Newland, Justin Palmer, Megan Dickinson, and Peter Connelly, planned a variety of events including hikes, ski trips, visits to Scene 75, Bob Ross painting nights, workout classes, cookouts, game nights, and intramurals. These activities not only helped in bonding but also in personal growth, especially during the challenging times of the pandemic. Despite the restrictions imposed by the pandemic, the chapter's three pillars - leadership, friendship, and service - continued to thrive. Many brothers took the opportunity to lead, especially in the virtual environment, gaining confidence and leadership experience through online workshops and smaller-scale events. The service pillar saw significant engagement, with brothers finding innovative ways to contribute despite the challenges. The use of APOonline's event management system allowed for the centralized organization of events, service hours, and membership management, facilitating communication and community building among brothers. Through APOonline, brothers can create profiles, share contact information, and connect with each other across different chapters. The platform also enables the tracking of chapter budgets, dues, awards, and progress towards organizational goals.
