I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at Tsakani Primary School. As a parent, I expect a certain level of professionalism and dedication to the students' education. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor communication, unresponsive staff, and a general lack of transparency. The school's mission to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment seems to be nothing more than a marketing gimmick. I've tried to contact them multiple times, but my calls and emails have been ignored. The fax number they provided doesn't even work! It's frustrating to see a school that's supposed to be serving the local community fail to deliver on its promises. With so many other primary schools in the area, such as Phatudi Public School and Matlhasedi Community School, I would not recommend Tsakani Primary to anyone. The school needs to work on its communication skills, respond to parents' concerns, and actually live up to its mission statement. Until then, I'll be taking my child elsewhere.
