I recently visited Trees Wellness, formerly Trees Bodyworks Massage Studio, expecting a high-quality massage experience. Unfortunately, my visit was a letdown. Despite their claims of personalized bodywork, my massage therapist seemed rushed and didn't take the time to understand my specific needs. The Swedish massage I received was lackluster, with too much focus on superficial strokes and not enough attention to the areas I requested they focus on. I was looking forward to a serene and tranquil experience, but the ambiance of the studio was disrupted by the sound of loud chatter from the front desk and the scent of overpowering essential oils. For a studio that prides itself on customer service, I was surprised by the lack of follow-up after my appointment to ensure I was satisfied with my experience. With so many other options for massage therapy in the area, I wouldn't recommend Trees Wellness to others.
