I've had the misfortune of working with TRANSCAFU for one of our company's logistics needs in Peru, and unfortunately, their services were a letdown. Given their extensive experience since 1998 and their boastful claims of high-quality services, I expected more. However, the reality was far from satisfactory. The communication was poor, with constant delays in responses and a lack of transparency regarding the status of our shipments. When we finally received our goods, they were damaged, which led to significant losses for our business. The team seemed disorganized, and their 'commitment to excellence' felt like nothing more than a marketing slogan. For a company that prides itself on being a strategic partner for businesses, TRANSCAFU failed to deliver the basic reliability and efficiency one would expect from a logistics company. Maybe they're too focused on expanding and not enough on the quality of their current services. Until they address these issues, I would caution others against relying on them for critical logistics needs.
