Disorganized, Overpriced, and Unreliable: Traffords/416Courier Falls Short

I've had the misfortune of using Traffords/416Courier for my business's same-day delivery needs in Eastern Ontario, and I must say, the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite their claims of guaranteed same-day delivery for packages picked up before 1 pm in Ottawa, I've found their service to be inconsistent at best. On multiple occasions, packages have been delayed, and their customer support has been unhelpful in resolving these issues. The lack of weight, size measurements, or postal codes required to place an order initially seemed like a convenience, but it's clear that this lack of detail leads to confusion and mistakes along the way. Their flexibility in waiting up to 10 minutes for a return package is commendable, but when the return package itself is delayed, it somewhat negates this benefit. For a 24/7 operation, their reliability is shockingly subpar. The contracts, available on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, seem designed to lock you into a service that doesn't deliver on its promises. Given the plethora of options for same-day delivery in Eastern Ontario, including Ottawa, Kemptville, and beyond, I would strongly advise against using Traffords/416Courier unless they significantly revamp their operational efficiency and customer service standards. Until then, the hassle and unpredictability of their service make it more of a liability than an asset for any business or individual requiring dependable logistics solutions.
