Disappointing Experience at Toowoomba Plaza

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but my recent visit to Toowoomba Plaza Shopping Centre was such a letdown that I felt compelled to share my experience. As a local, I was excited to check out the newly opened Direct Chemist Outlet, but what I found was a disjointed and uninviting atmosphere. The centre's layout seemed confusing, with stores scattered about without much rhyme or reason. I spent ages trying to find the outlet, only to discover it was tucked away in a corner with minimal signage. The lack of clear directions or maps made navigation a chore. To make matters worse, the 'strong focus on community' I'd read about was nowhere to be seen. The staff at the stores I visited seemed detached and uninterested in assisting customers. Even the Centre Management team, when I approached them for help, seemed put off by my queries. With over 1,000 free car parks, you'd think they'd prioritize customer convenience, but the parking area was poorly lit and lacked clear markings. As someone who values a hassle-free shopping experience, I was disappointed to find that Toowoomba Plaza fell short in several key areas. Unless they address these issues, I'll be taking my business (and my shopping list) elsewhere.
