He tenido la desafortunada experiencia de contratar a Toldos Carabanchel para instalar un toldo en mi terraza en el barrio de Comillas. La empresa prometió que me ayudaría a disfrutar de mi espacio exterior sin el calor abrasador del verano, pero lo único que han logrado es dejar mi terraza más calurosa que antes. El toldo que me instalaron es de muy mala calidad y no cumple con none de las expectativas que tenia. La instalación fue rápida, pero eso es porque parece que no se preocuparon por hacerlo bien. Ahora, mi terraza es como un horno y el toldo se mueve con el viento como si fuera a volar en cualquier momento. He intentado contactar con la empresa varias veces para que arreglen el problema, pero me han ignorado por completo. Lo peor es que me cobraron una cantidad exorbitante por un servicio que no han cumplido. No recomiendo a nadie que use los servicios de Toldos Carabanchel. Su falta de profesionalidad y su producto de mala calidad los convierten en una empresa que no merece la confianza de los clientes.
