I'm usually not one to write negative reviews, but my experience at The SPAaaht was a major letdown. I booked the Aah Massage, expecting a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, but what I got was a lackluster massage that felt more like a routine than a personalized treatment. The therapist seemed rushed and didn't bother to ask about my specific needs or preferences. The ambiance was nice, I'll give them that - the decor was serene and the music was soothing. But when it comes to the actual service, The SPAaaht fell short. I've had better massages at chain spas, and for a boutique spa with a founder who claims to have over two decades of experience, I expected more. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but I won't be returning. The prices are steep, and for what I got, it wasn't worth it. If you're looking for a top-notch spa experience in Harlem, keep looking.
