I've been dealing with Taber Diesel Service Ltd for a while now, given their reputation as a cornerstone of Western Canada's diesel and automotive needs. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was a letdown. Despite their long history and claims of commitment to customer satisfaction, I found their service to be lacking. The parts department in Lethbridge seemed disorganized, and it took them longer than expected to find the components I needed. When I visited the fuel injection shop in Taber, the staff, while friendly, didn't seem as knowledgeable as I had hoped, considering their extensive experience with diesel engines and fuel injection. The product range is indeed comprehensive, covering everything from brakes and shocks to oil and filters, but the quality, while good, didn't exceed my expectations. Perhaps my disappointment stems from the fact that, after 39 years, I expected a more streamlined and efficient service.
