I recently had the misfortune of booking a condo through SummitCove Vacation Lodging in Keystone, Colorado. The property itself was decent, but the overall experience was marred by a series of mishaps and unfulfilled promises. First, the check-in process was a nightmare - the 24-hour office was supposed to be a convenience, but the staff seemed put off by my late arrival. The guest app, which I was told would be a valuable resource, was clunky and unhelpful. The maps were outdated, and the shuttle schedules were incorrect. To make matters worse, the hot tub that was advertised as a feature of our condo was out of order for the entirety of our stay. When I brought this to the attention of the SummitCove team, they seemed unconcerned and unapologetic. As someone who values exceptional service and attention to detail, I was thoroughly disappointed by my experience with SummitCove. Perhaps they're better suited for larger groups or families, but for a couple looking for a romantic getaway, I'd advise looking elsewhere. The lack of personalized attention and follow-through on their promises made for a lackluster vacation. SummitCove needs to work on their customer service and amenities if they want to live up to their 'premier' reputation.
