I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Spring Green. As a homeowner who takes pride in my lawn, I expected a lot more from a company that's been around since 1977. Unfortunately, their team failed to deliver on the promises they made. The initial consultation was thorough, and the representative seemed knowledgeable, but the actual service was subpar. They missed spots, left uneven fertilizer application, and didn't even bother to clean up after themselves. When I called to complain, the customer service rep seemed put off and uninterested in resolving the issue. For a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, they certainly didn't show it in my case. The whole experience felt like a bait-and-switch – they lure you in with promises of personalized service and high-quality work, but what you actually get is mediocre workmanship and a whole lot of inconvenience. Needless to say, I won't be recommending Spring Green to anyone and will be taking my business (and my lawn care needs) elsewhere.
