I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with SparkPro Home Services was a major letdown. I hired them for a one-time residential cleaning service in Saint Lucie County, and while their website and Google reviews promised exceptional quality, the reality was far from it. The team arrived late, which already set a bad tone for the day. When they finally started cleaning, it became apparent that they were not as meticulous as advertised. Dust bunnies under the couch, streaks on the mirrors, and a general lack of attention to detail made me question the 'meticulous attention' they claim to provide. What really got my goat, though, was the 'eco-friendly' cleaning agents they used had a strong chemical smell that lingered long after they left. Not exactly what I'd call safe for my pets. The final bill was higher than expected, with some 'additional services' I hadn't explicitly agreed to. When I brought this up, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. For a company that prides itself on transparency and satisfaction guarantees, SparkPro fell woefully short. Unless they seriously revamp their operations and actually start delivering on their promises, I'd advise potential clients to look elsewhere for reliable and affordable home services in the area.
