I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with Soul Shine Yachtworks was a letdown. I opted for their 'Your Assets' ceramic coating protection package, thinking it would be a solid investment to protect my vessel from the harsh marine environment. The initial application process seemed thorough, and the team was friendly and knowledgeable. However, after just a few months, I started noticing the coating wasn't holding up as promised. The UV rays still managed to cause some fading, and the saltwater was leaving spots that required extra elbow grease to clean. For the price, I expected better performance. The 5-year protection guarantee sounds great, but I'm not confident it'll hold up. The mobile service was convenient, I'll give them that. But the lack of follow-up and the fact that I had to chase them for a resolution to my issues was unimpressive. Maybe I just got a bad batch of their Dura-Coating Technology, but I wouldn't recommend Soul Shine Yachtworks to fellow vessel owners based on my experience. Back to the drawing board for me, and hopefully, they'll take customer feedback constructively to improve their services.
