With their glossy website and stellar reviews, I thought I'd found the perfect partner for my bathroom remodel. Boy, was I wrong. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, it was a masterclass in disappointment. The 'award-winning staff' seemed more interested in selling me on additional services than listening to my needs. The project manager, in particular, was evasive and unresponsive, leaving me to chase him down for updates. The craftsmanship? Subpar. The attention to detail? Nonexistent. I found myself having to point out errors and oversights at every turn, from the incorrect tile installation to the paint job that looked like it was done by a amateur. And don't even get me started on the delays. What was supposed to be a 6-week project turned into a 4-month saga, with SN Design consistently pushing back the completion date.
