I visited Smooth Spa Lounge with high expectations, given their promises of 'excellence' and 'bespoke experiences.' Unfortunately, my visit was a letdown from start to finish. The opulent lounge environment felt more like a fancy waiting room, with music that was too loud and a champagne offering that seemed like an afterthought. My waxing service was subpar, with the technician seeming rushed and not particularly skilled. The 'finest professional products' they claimed to use did little to minimize my discomfort, and the downtime afterward was longer than expected. The B-Suite, which I had been looking forward to experiencing, was not available during my visit, despite it being advertised as a premier feature. For a spa-lounge that prides itself on 'client confidentiality and service excellence,' I was surprised by the lack of attention to detail and the overall sense of disorganization. The 'touch of humor, fun, honesty, and integrity' they mention in their description was nowhere to be found during my visit. Perhaps Smooth Spa Lounge is still working out the kinks, but for now, I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a truly exceptional spa experience. With so many other options available, it's hard to justify the prices they're charging for subpar services.
