I'm beyond frustrated with Skyline Pest Solutions of Buford. As a homeowner, I thought I was investing in a reliable service to protect my biggest asset, but what I got was a series of unfulfilled promises and persistent pest issues. Despite their claims of 'innovative technology' and 'customized solutions,' the pests just wouldn't quit. I felt like I was talking to a different person every time I called, and no one seemed to be taking my problems seriously. The 'highly trained' technicians would come and go, leaving behind a trail of unfamiliar chemicals and unfinished work. For a company that boasts 60 years of experience, you'd think they'd have a better grasp on how to actually solve pest problems. The Pest ID Library on their website was somewhat helpful, I'll give them that, but it wasn't enough to make up for the lack of real results. I've since switched to a different provider and seen a significant reduction in pest activity. Skyline Pest Solutions of Buford needs to go back to the drawing board and rethink their approach to customer service and pest control. Until then, I'd advise others to explore alternative options.
