I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Sebastian Equip for my industrial supply needs, and I must say, it was a thoroughly underwhelming experience. As a long-time customer of theirs, I expected more from a company that claims to prioritize customer service. Unfortunately, the reality was far from it. The phone support was unhelpful, and the email responses were slow and lacking in detail. I was looking for some specific cutting tools, but the sales representative seemed more interested in pushing their 'Gold Star Plus' partner products from Seco Tools rather than listening to my actual needs. The prices were also not competitive, and I ended up finding better deals elsewhere. What really took the cake, though, was when they tried to upsell me on some unnecessary MRO supplies, claiming they were 'essential' for my business. It felt like they were more focused on making a sale than on providing genuine solutions. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Sebastian Equip anytime soon. With so many other reliable industrial supply distributors out there, it's hard to see why anyone would choose a company that seems so out of touch with its customers' needs.
