I was really looking forward to working with Riptide Partners to improve our company's customer experience, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The team seemed disorganized, and the solutions they provided were not tailored to our specific needs as promised. The dashboards they set up were clunky and difficult to navigate, and the insights they provided were not actionable. I felt like we were just another client to them, not a valued partner. The communication was also poor, with long response times and unfulfilled promises. For a company that claims to be customer-focused, I expected much more. The only positive aspect was the initial consultation, which was thorough and promising, but it all went downhill from there. Sadly, I would not recommend Riptide Partners to anyone looking for a reliable and effective customer experience solution.
