I was really looking forward to creating a beautiful photobook with Rikorda, but unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. First of all, the website was slow and clunky, making it difficult to upload my photos and design the book. When I finally placed my order, I was excited to receive my product, but what I got was a poorly printed book with faded colors and blurry images. The quality was nowhere near what I expected, especially considering the price I paid. To make matters worse, the customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. I tried to contact them multiple times, but they just kept sending me automated replies without addressing my concerns. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I would not recommend Rikorda to anyone. Maybe they should focus more on improving their printing quality and customer service instead of just marketing their products.
