I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at Ridgemoor Animal Hospital. As an anxious pet owner, I was expecting a more compassionate and caring environment, especially given their mission statement. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a lack of empathy from the staff. When I brought my pet in for a routine check-up, I was made to wait for over an hour despite having an appointment. The waiting area was cramped and not very clean, which added to my stress. When I finally saw Dr. Stupar, he seemed rushed and didn't take the time to address my concerns. The diagnosis and treatment plan were explained in a way that was difficult for me to understand, and I felt like I was being talked down to. What really upset me was when I asked about alternative treatments, I was met with a dismissive attitude. It felt like they were more interested in pushing their own services rather than considering what's best for my pet. For a hospital that claims to prioritize preventative care and building long-term relationships, I expected a more personalized and caring approach. Sadly, my experience fell short of expectations, and I wouldn't recommend Ridgemoor Animal Hospital to fellow pet owners.
