I was really looking forward to seeing my mother enjoy the services offered by Resident Salon Services at her assisted living facility. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations. The stylist who attended to her seemed rushed and didn't take the time to understand her needs or preferences. The Bliss Aroma Relaxation Therapy, which I thought would be a highlight, felt more like an afterthought. The scents used were overpowering and actually caused my mother some discomfort. What's more, the communication from the staff was lacking. They didn't follow up to check on my mother's satisfaction or address any concerns we might have had. For a company that prides itself on personalized care and working closely with communities, I felt they missed the mark. Perhaps they were just having an off day, but as a family, we were left feeling underwhelmed and a bit disappointed. Given the potential and the unique services they offer, I hope they can improve their execution and live up to the promises they make.
