I recently had the misfortune of renting a car from RentUaCar in Kiev, and I must say, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The website promised a 'wide selection of cars to suit various budgets and preferences,' but when I arrived to pick up my rental, I was presented with a vehicle that was far from what I had expected. The car was old, with faded paint and worn-out seats, and it looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks. When I asked the staff about the condition of the vehicle, they simply shrugged and told me that it was 'one of their older models.' Older models? It looked like it belonged in a junkyard! The price was supposed to be competitive, starting from $25-30 per day, but with all the extra fees they tacked on, I ended up paying almost twice that amount. And don't even get me started on the 'user-friendly booking process.' It took me over an hour to reserve the car online, and when I called to confirm, the customer service representative seemed completely disinterested in helping me. I've rented cars from other companies in Ukraine before, and I've never had such a poor experience. Needless to say, I will not be using RentUaCar again, and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Save your money and your sanity, and rent from someone else.
